What You Can Expect
When you arrive for your experience at Balance Spa, we will be expecting you. Our Spa Coordinator will greet you with a smile and welcome you into the family. Upon check-in, we will invite you to relax with a glass of purified water or herbal tea. Meanwhile, your therapist will prepare your personalized, rejuvenating spa and wellness experience.
While many luxury spas in Boca Raton offer 50 or 80-minute massage therapy appointments, our boutique spa offers full 60 and 90-minute massages. Our therapists spend 100% of their hour or hour-and-a-half with you. We listen carefully to each of our clients, focusing on your unique healing. Rest assured, you will have the exact experience you hoped for and more.

Cancellation
Appointments changed or cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time are subject to a 50% late cancellation fee.
You can make reservations through our website or by calling our front desk at 561-208-8111. Please note that a major credit card or gift certificate number is required to secure your reservation date and time.
Spa and Wellness Arrival
At Balance Spa, we pride ourselves on operating a prompt appointment schedule. This ensures your services will not disrupt your schedule and you’ll receive the full benefit of your scheduled time. If you arrive late for an appointment, your appointment time will be reduced so that your treatment will end as originally scheduled to maintain this courtesy for all of our guests. For your first visit with us, we recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete a short form and address any questions or concerns with our staff.
Health
Considerations
The consumption of alcohol is not recommended before or after treatment. If you are pregnant, please inform us when scheduling your appointment. During pregnancy, please check with your doctor if it’s OK to have treatments using deep pressure, aromatherapy, and any treatment involving heat. If you have a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment for another time.
Spa Prices & Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the spa prices but are gladly accepted. Standard Boca Raton spa gratuity rates are comparable to the local service/restaurant industry with the average gratuity falling between 15 – 20%. You may, of course, leave a different rate, depending on the quality of service and your satisfaction. When possible, cash gratuities are preferred.
